Shipping
Smoothday ships to eligible Canadian addresses. Final methods, rates and taxes are shown before payment at Shopify checkout.
Processing time
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. High-volume periods may require additional time.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. Remote destinations, severe weather and carrier disruptions may extend delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Rates and free shipping
Standard shipping is free on eligible Canadian orders of $59 CAD or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders below the threshold and any upgraded services are priced at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking email is sent after the parcel is accepted by the carrier. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Address issues and delays
Review your address carefully before payment. If an order has not shipped, contact hello@smoothday.store as soon as possible. Carrier delays and parcels returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address are handled case by case.
