This notice explains how the Smoothday storefront handles information when you browse, use the shopping bag, contact us or continue to Shopify checkout.
Information we handle
- Essential browser storage used to preserve your shopping bag and consent choice.
- Optional audience analytics after analytics consent.
- Advertising events, click identifiers and first-party pixel cookies only after marketing consent.
- Information you choose to send when contacting customer support.
- Order, shipping and payment information entered at Shopify checkout, which is processed by Shopify and the enabled service providers.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the storefront, preserve your bag, respond to support requests, understand consented storefront usage, measure consented advertising, prevent misuse and complete orders through Shopify. Smoothday does not collect or store full payment-card details in this custom storefront.
Sharing and service providers
With marketing consent, browser and server conversion events may be shared with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads. Customer contact identifiers are normalized and securely hashed where each provider requires it. Information is otherwise shared only as needed with providers that operate checkout, payments, shipping, order fulfillment, hosting and security.
Your choices and rights
You may decline optional analytics without losing shopping-bag functionality. To ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information controlled by Smoothday, email hello@smoothday.store. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or order-support purposes.
Security and updates
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under Smoothday's control. No online system can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated when services or legal requirements change. Last updated: June 18, 2026.
