These terms apply when you use the Smoothday storefront or place an order through its Shopify checkout.
Store use
Use the storefront only for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit false or fraudulent information.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, Smoothday may contact you to confirm, correct or cancel the order and issue any required refund.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment authorization and order confirmation. Shopify and enabled payment providers securely process checkout and payment.
Shipping and returns
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping eligibility and final charges appear at checkout. Returns are governed by the published Returns and refunds policy, in addition to rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Product use
Follow product instructions, care guidance and patch-test directions where provided. Stop using a product if irritation or discomfort occurs. Product information is general and is not medical advice.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Smoothday is not responsible for indirect losses arising from storefront use.
